1. Digital Products

All products sold on physioenergy.com are digital educational products delivered online.

By purchasing a course, the user acknowledges that access to digital content may begin immediately after purchase.


2. No Refunds After Access

Due to the nature of digital products, once access to the course content has been granted, refunds are generally not provided.

This policy helps prevent abuse such as downloading or viewing content and then requesting reimbursement.


3. Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • duplicate payment
  • technical errors preventing access to the course
  • accidental purchase (reported immediately)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Chargebacks
